RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Hello and thanks for shopping at AMP’s Market Place.
Not happy with your purchase? Was it damaged in transit? Did I send you the wrong item? No problem. Let me make it right for you.
You have 10 days from receipt of the item for an exchange or a refund. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging. You should expect to receive your refund in 4 weeks sometimes less. This would include the shipping time (5 to 10 business days) it takes to receive the return from the shipper. and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund.
If an item is returned without prior notification a 20% restocking fee will applied to your refund.
Refunds will be given in the original form of purchase minus the original shipping fee (5 to 10 business days) according to your banks policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns are free. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label.
Shipping to the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico is via Priority Mail and will be calculated at the flat rate shipping fee.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 36 Ridge Rd, Wheatley Hts NY 11798, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
